Back at it!

For you that KNOW me, you know that I have struggle with my weight since day one. With having kids with medical conditions, it hasn't help either. I tend to "eat" my stress away. I know I am not in a place right now to "run like hell" with dieting, but I know deep down, I need to get back on the bandwagon.

So, Mondays will be my weigh in days, and I promise, as I did before, to share my progress, good or bad, with you.

I'm the same way..serious stress eater :( It is really hard not to turn to such an easy pick me up. I'm with you though..time to make a change!

I'm here working with you on this exact issue! I've lost 12 lbs since March. WW is working for me, although there are weeks that I try harder than others- like you said it all seems to relate to stress. We're in this together!

Good luck Cindy! I think I should follow your lead and get on the weight loss bandwagon and also post my progress...maybe that will be the motivation I need!
